DESCRIPTION

Composition paint prepared on a base of drying oils modified physically during manufacturing process. A purpose of those is the application to protective and decorative painting steal surfaces. The high resistance to harsh environment conditions and performance, for example: sea water action ,petroleum pollutants action, change of temperatures ,vibration and mechanical stroke, atmospheric conditions changing. The paint is characterized by high adhesion and barrier properties even after putting on unprepared surfaces.

PURPOSE

For painting of all kind of surfaces required anti-corrosion protection used in industry, particularly in:

• shipbuilding industry;

• extractive industry (coal- mining, copper-mining, gas and oil mining);

• chemical industry ( installations, tanks, pipelines);

• building industry (facades, constructions, roofs and steal profiles).

PROPERTIES

Features of paint coats obtained as the result of the proper application of ANTIRUST anti-corrosion paint are following ::

increased adhesion to every surface;

exceptional abrasion resistance;

high flexibility, impact strength, thermal shock resistance, resistance to high temperatures (to350°C);

fastness to water, acids, alkali, oils, petrol ;

maintenance of the colour up to 150°C ;

possibility*/ of putting on unprepared surfaces (rust, oil-base grease, dustiness).
