AtiGrunt Kontakt-Beton Technical information
CharacteristicPrimering agent increasing adhesion, produced on a base of mixture of synthetic resin and quartz aggregate
Application Its purpose is application on smooth surfaces with small adhesion and low absorption. It can be used on foundations of all kinds made with concrete. It can serve as a bridge agent under old and new plasters, plaster board, limy plaster, gypsum-limy plaster, gypsum plaster and under decorative plaster. Used on surfaces of concrete and ferroconcrete smoothly boarded and also under leveling layers.
Preparation The surface must be dry, smooth and impurities free ( unfixed particles, anti adhesive coats, oil stain) before AtiGrunt Kontakt-Beton application. Use in temperature ( foundation and environment) above + 5º C
The Way of application AtiGrunt Kontakt-Beton is supplied as the agent ready to use, dilution is not recommended, It can be applicated by a paintbrush, a painting roller or by spraying. Remember to mix well the content before using the product.
Putting plaster Plasters can be put after the statement, that the surface covered by AtiGrunt Kontakt-Beton is dry. Time of drying the product is 12 to 24h. It depend on environmental temperature and condition of foundation.
Cleaning tools Wash tools with clean water after finishing of putting AtiGrunt Kontakt-Beton product. Don’t let product to dry on deviances.
Expenditure Efficiency of the product depend on a kind and absorption of foundation and it is about 0,2 kg/m 2
Storage Store at a cool, shaded place, in temp. + 5º C , because it is sensitive to low temperatures, avoid getting frozen. Frozen product is useless. Admitted period of storage is 6 month’s after production date.
Additional information AtiGrunt Kontakt–Beton product can’t be mixed with other products, because it can lose its properties.
